Data controller

What data we process and why

Contact form

We process your name, company, email, reason for contacting us and message in order to reply and, if you ask for a demo or information about selling, to prepare that proposal.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the pre-contractual steps you request. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@menuweb.es.

Access to the staff and seller dashboards

We process your email, your password (stored encrypted) and the details of each login (date, time, IP address and browser) to identify you, give you access to your dashboard and protect accounts against unauthorised access, for example by limiting failed attempts.

Legal basis: your employment relationship or seller agreement with us, and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure.

Visitor measurement

Only if you accept it in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to find out how many people visit the website and which sections they view. More details in the cookie policy.

Legal basis: your consent.

How long we keep the data

Form messages: as long as needed to reply and, afterwards, while liabilities may arise from that communication. Access data: while your account is active and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Login records are kept as long as needed for the security of the platform.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties, except where required by law. The providers of our web hosting, email and, if you accept it, analytics only access it to provide that service, under a data processing agreement.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, which may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to its processing, ask us to restrict it or to give it to you in a portable format (portability), and withdraw any consent you have given at any time. Write to info@menuweb.es stating which right you wish to exercise; if we have doubts about your identity, we will ask you to prove it.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
